Procedure of our Translation Management.

AHA Translation Inc.  determines first which necessary steps have to be taken in order to fulfill all requirements of the client. When all conditions are met we move on contacting our translator.

Before any exchange of documents can take place the translator has to sign several agreements accepting the deadline/payment agreement/non-disclosure/confidentiality etc...

The translator then receives a Project Order were everything about the project is outlined.

All material which has to be translated is carefully studied by the professional translator in the required field of specialization.

You then will receive a final quote with no hidden fees

 

AHA Translation Inc. is always available and we work closely with the translator, editor, and the customer.

A translation gets carried out by 4 to 5 professionals, depending on difficulty of text/language and formatting.

Important: Every person who is involved in the translation process is required to sign a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT.

Our client’s privacy is very important to us.

Once the document has been proofread it will then be sent by the Proofreader to the Project Manager and back to the Manager for Quality Assurance, who then makes sure that the details of formatting and all other requirements are fully met. The material is then ready  to sent to our client.

 

Quality process

All translations are edited and checked for cultural and grammatical correctness, with a quality assurance application operated by a professional.

AHA Translation Inc. solely works with  translators  who translate into their mother tongue, and who are able to work with a CAT tools to ensure consistency throughout the text.

If the source text consists of typos, inconsistency and inaccuracies then it is in our responsibility to inform the customer immediately.

 

Our objective is to deliver a translation were the target text reflects;

scanning the source text for completeness and correctness by the translator

using references, dictionaries and research in the subject matter. We always work with professional translators who are specialized IN THE REQUIRED FIELD.

using translators who are reliable and experienced with computer and technology and able to work independently with CAT tools and other software applications

working with a editor who is also a native speaker of the target language

handing the translation to a third party proofreader which is either done by AHA or the translator directly

 

The finished translation is scanned again by AHA Translation Inc.for correctness and completeness so it can then be prepared for the final delivery.

It is very important to keep in contact with all parties throughout the translation process, in case the client would like to apply changes like formatting different terminology etc...

Confidentiality is always assured through written Non Disclosure Agreements by all parties.
